Central European Teaching Program: The Wiki

Login or create an account to contribute!

This is a wiki dedicated to collecting, organizing, and disseminating information about the cities, schools, and regions of Hungary where CETP teachers are placed. Like all Wikis, this one is only as strong as the people who write for it, that means, the quality of the information given, and the neutrality of the content here will depend on the people writing it, and those reading to watch for inaccurate or inappropriate information.

Some Guidelines

  • Search for an article before creating a new one. What you are looking for may already be here.
  • Only write about what you know. If you don't know anything about Debrecen, but know a lot about Budapest, write about Budapest.
  • This is not your blog. The CETP Wiki is a place where we can inform future CETP teachers about what their experience will be by sharing what we know from our own. Please make sure your contributions are factual, and when adding personal experience, make sure it is brief and offset from the rest of the article. Think about how your contribution to the wiki will help the future you.

This Wiki is not an officially sponsored anything of CETP, it was created by a volunteer in 2011, and is maintained by volunteers separate from CETP. That is, the words written here do not reflect the official option or position of CETP regarding the schools, cities, or any other subject discussed within.

To create an article you will need to create an account linked to the email address on file for you with CETP. For information about becoming an administrator, contact Admin.

Consult the User's Guide for information on using the wiki.

Tips

  • Check the box to remember your login on this computer. Sometimes the session times out before you can finish writing, checking this box will save you. Only do this on a computer you own! Saving login information on a computer you don't own is a security risk.
